Easy, Stress-Free Billing
Crane’s Nest Registered Massage Therapy offers direct billing for a growing list of insurance providers. If your benefits plan supports electronic claim submission, we may be able to submit your claim on your behalf.
If your plan is not currently supported, you can still submit your receipt for reimbursement. In some cases, direct billing may become available after your first appointment.
What You Need to Bring
- Your insurance provider name
- Policy number and member ID
- The primary policy holder’s full name and date of birth
- Photo ID (for verification if required)

- Pacific Blue Cross
- Canada Life
- Manulife
- Sun Life
- Green Shield Canada
- ClaimSecure
- Chamber of Commerce Group Insurance
- CINUP, Cowan, Desjardins, First Canadian, GroupHEALTH, GroupSource
- Medavie Blue Cross (RCMP, CAF, Veterans Affairs if applicable)
