How direct billing works

Crane’s Nest Registered Massage Therapy offers direct billing for many insurance providers. If your benefits plan supports electronic claim submission, we may be able to submit your claim on your behalf.

If direct billing is not available for your plan, you can submit your receipt to your insurer for consideration under your coverage. Any balance not covered by insurance is payable at the appointment. View appointment rates and payment information.

What to bring

  • Your insurance provider name
  • Policy number and member ID
  • The primary policy holder’s full name and date of birth
  • Photo ID (for verification if required)

Medavie Blue Cross: VAC, RCMP & CAF

Direct billing is available for Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC), Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) and Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) patients when the required massage therapy benefits and authorization are already in place. Please confirm your eligibility and authorization before booking.
