Crane’s Nest Registered Massage Therapy uses JaneApp for fast and secure online booking. You can view current availability, select your preferred treatment length, and receive automated reminders. View appointment rates before choosing your time.
Before Your Appointment
- New clients will be asked to complete a secure online intake form.
- Please arrive no more than five minutes before your appointment, unless otherwise arranged.
- For insurance claims, review direct-billing requirements and what to bring.
- No referral is needed to book; your insurance plan may have its own requirements.
Parking & arrival
Ample parking is available at the home-based clinic. Please use the front entrance of the house and arrive no more than five minutes before your appointment, unless otherwise arranged.
Accessibility
There are a few steps at the front entrance and stairs down to the treatment room. The clinic does not have step-free access. If you need assistance or have concerns about the stairs, please contact Stephen before your appointment so you can discuss your needs.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and missed appointments may incur a fee of up to the full appointment price, at the practitioner’s discretion.
